How to Shoot & Develop Expired E-6 Slide Film

Recently, I asked you on both on YouTube and Instagram: which expired film I should shoot with. You of course chose the oldest roll I had, Kodak Ektachrome 400. This roll predates DX Coding so it’s well over 30 years old. When I did the research though there was a divide: which was the better way to meter expired E-6. One camp says, just shoot it at box speed and hope for the best. The other says no, it’s like black and white, the rule of thumb is to add one extra stop of light per decade.
In this episode I’ve done both.
