which expired film I should shoot with. You of course chose the oldest roll I
had, Kodak Ektachrome 400. This roll predates DX Coding so it’s well over 30
years old. When I did the research though there was a divide: which was the better
way to meter expired E-6. One camp says, just shoot it at box speed and hope
for the best. The other says no, it’s like black and white, the rule of thumb
is to add one extra stop of light per decade.
